1 Acceptance of Terms

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed in PHP to your verified Philippine bank account or e-wallet. You may only withdraw to a payment method registered in your own name. 797pub will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal. We reserve the right to request additional identity or source of funds documentation for subsequent withdrawals at our discretion.

If your account has an active bonus, any applicable wagering requirements must be satisfied before the bonus-linked balance becomes withdrawable. 6 Bonuses & Promotions

10 Account Suspension and Closure

797pub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, particularly where a breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected. Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach — such as fraud, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct — outstanding balances may be forfeited.

11 Limitation of Liability
