Your Account Dashboard at a Glance
The layers of protection behind every account session on 797pub
All data between your device and 797pub travels over an SSL-encrypted connection. Whether you're logging in from Manila, Cebu, or Davao, on desktop or mobile, the connection is protected end-to-end — your credentials and session data are never transmitted in plain text.
When logging in from a new device or after a long break, 797pub sends a one-time password to your registered Philippine mobile number. Only you can complete the login — even if someone else knows your password, they can't access your account without your phone.
If your session is left inactive for an extended period, 797pub automatically logs you out to protect your account. This is especially important for shared devices — your balance and personal information aren't accessible to anyone who picks up your phone or uses your computer after you've stepped away.
Your account password is never stored in a readable format. It's handled using standard password security practices so that even in the unlikely event of a data incident, your actual password is not exposed. Keep your password unique and don't share it with anyone — not even support staff.
Unusual login patterns — such as access from an unrecognised device or a location significantly different from your usual one — can trigger additional verification steps. This helps catch unauthorised access attempts before they reach your account balance.
If you're locked out, can't remember your login details, or notice something unusual in your account, our support team is available at [email protected]. We'll help you verify your identity and restore access — no third-party recovery tools needed.
Security at 797pub works both ways. Here are habits that make a real difference in keeping your account protected.
797pub will never ask for your password by email, chat, or phone. Any message claiming to need your password is not from us — do not reply to it, and report it to [email protected].
Your games, your balance, and your account history are waiting. Log in now — or download the app for faster access on your phone.
